"I've been a Cinfed customer since I was 18. i switched to them for my car loan after it was initially set up with Wells Fargo and they were great to work with for its entirety. Any time I've needed to contact them they've been quick to respond even over email. Just today I went in to the Oakley headquarters because I needed two cashier's checks. Even though the wait was a tad long, about 10 minutes toward the end of the work day, the assistant branch manager I worked with (Shawn I think her name was) apologized for the wait and made the whole process very simple. I was the third customer she helped to try and bring the line down. A lot of managers would have just stayed in their office so I appreciated her willingness to help. No bank or credit union is perfect, but I've had far more positive interactions and experiences in 15 years with Cinfed than bad ones. It's nice to know they will be there to help me with any financial matter that comes my way and also educate me on anything I want to understand better."
