"Appt time for pickup 9am, we booked a load at 10am. I got here at 11:20, got a door right away, 2 hours later still on a door, they didn't even start working on me. After 3 hours I got loaded after I checked in with a lady in the office and called broker to let him know what is going on. Yes sir, appointment was at 9am but I wasn't aware of that because we booked the load at 10am. I got there as soon as I could. Anyway, it took 3 hours to get loaded, you walked me in as soon as you could and I appreciate it."

"I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. He waited two hours, after trying to call(no answer) he walked half a mile around the building to talk to the lady who was already rude to him for no reason. she asked her "worker" what was going on and his response was "oh I forgot about that truck, well I'm doing preloads for tomorrow so he can wait" the lady them said, "well there you have it". So now he has to sit and wait because the employees do not care. His time home with his family is unimportant. This type of treatment is just mind blowing to me. I hope karma is quick because these people are complete trash. How dare you treat people this way. I will post my review everywhere I can, as well as post it to the local news pages. It's time to change the way drivers get treated."
