"I ordered breakfast here and tried some French toast sticks Those were under cooked and not good at all. Thanks for extra syrup but this is the second try at eating these. Might have to ask for fresh and go inside to get them. The older lady, who probably still works mornings was efficient and "morning" polite. The sandwich was 6/10. I sat in the parking lot and looked across and saw other places open for breakfast, if I would have paid attention I would have made this BK second. The parking lot was snowed over, but clear and clean."

"Please know that when you offer a vegetarian option that all the food should remain clear and free of any animal meats. When my friend orders onion rings she should not get chicken pieces from the fryer mixed in!!"

"Its really hit or miss depending on who is working. Sadly, the majority of the time theres Messy Prepared Food, Damaged Food/Drinks, and Forgetten Food. With Forgotten Food and Sauce being CONSISTENT per each visit. I highly reccomend stopping in the parking lot to make sure they didn't forget anything, it happens nearly every time I go. My only other big issue is Communication. Sometimes you get a lot of stuff, and then they hand you a bag and don't say anything. Like, uh, is this all? I'm not asking to be told to "have a good day" but at least let me know this is everything lol. I worked in Food Service for 2 years, so I get it. No disrespect towards the workers, I appreciate the hard work you guys put in, and overall, its a better experience than most places in Napoleon. So if you're reading this, no hard feelings, just think these points can be improved on. "
