"This bank used to be the best...but now you walk in and 2 out of 6 bank teller booths available with long lines. Its also not as personable as it was in the past. Disapointed."

"I will never go to this branch again and I would strongly recommend that nobody else goes to to this location. The teller was really rude, condescending, and racist. She did not know what she was doing and we had to keep correcting her. Then she asked if we would prefer if someone else waited on us. We responded yes then she proceeded to give the other teller who was the assistant manager the account number which she should not have done especially after she was not waiting on us any longer. I asked the assistant manager for the tellers name and the branch manager's name she refused and said the teller was her employee but eventually gave me the branch managers name. I will be sending an email to the branch manager and even higher regarding the experience at this location. Not a way to treat customers who have been with the credit union since the 80's"

"If you want security I would not recommend going to this location or the bank at all, they open your mail when it is sent to their location and they use you being a "member" as the reason that they can open it. The location is also slow, and they don't treat everyone equally they do Discriminate be aware."

"I have been banking with them for a bit but after this week i will be moving banks. I called them about getting 20 to 40 dollars out of a pending payroll that deposits at midnight and was denied. They are very quick to respond on here but nothing to the email i sent. Still no response from them. All i asked for was 20 or 40 to get through tonight which my payroll that is pending for midnight and is more than enough to cover the 40 and more. Heartless bank. BS computer response so the public can see ir but no response to my e mail even when i left my phone number. Substandard customer service"

"I've always had good customer service experiences. Never any problems and I've been coming here for about 10 years. There's tons of parking, a drive-through ATM and drive-thru teller lanes, and the lobby is very large. Online banking options have been limited in the past, but recently they've been getting much more up-to-date."
