"Do you like paying unknown extra fees and having a senior tax specialist make inappropriate comments to your daughter? This is your place! Tammy made us feel VERY uncomfortable by sexualizing our 2 year old girl. We told her it was extremely inappropriate and asked her to stop and she continued. Never in my life have I experienced this. This was at the very end of our appointment or we would have left on the spot. They also told us it would be $150 when we began, then at the end it was $295. Tammy said it was because we added one extra document, but we weren’t informed that one document would double the price. They kept that a secret until the very end. They get you in the door and then charge as much as they can. Front desk said only “how are you going to pay” when we approached to leave. I was expecting at least a hello first. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I made an appointment came and met the woman called Tammy. She similes more than she had to. Set down and talked about the tax return. I explained her all the year earrings and lost as an independent contractor. She printed out new law rule page that has changed and while getting back to her seat she asked me again where did u work? I was like ?? I said I mentioned 3 time when I was telling u my years and lost. Her mouth window crack half chewing gum and I let go. I pulled my 1099 she doesn’t know what is looking and giving me totally wrong information that this what u spent I was like this what I have received even her colleague next seat said the same thing that what received. Still chewing her gum with wide moth open and keeps her jacket from iron gate realtor and her name. She is nothing but greedy money making individual that works in H&R and being a realtor that makes insanely money. His disappointing H&R"

"Was very happy with the service provided starting from the phone call and the customer service. The lady was extremely sweet and made things as convenient for me as possible. The lady who did my taxes was very meticulous , it took a little longer than usual but she made sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend this H&R Block"
