"First off, reading the negative reviews, most do not make sense. Almost sounds like those payday loan places. Secondly, most of those reviews are from people, not even in this state (ohio). I feel like they are not reviewing the correct business. My husband has used this credit union for years, had several loans, and never had any problems. Great rates, excellent customer service. West Carrollton and Springboro branches."

"All the super negative reviews about loans that people are paying back like 5× "what they borrowed" can't be accurate. I've banked here off and on for the last 15 years and never had any crazy loans like that. I think some people might be mixing up banks when leaving a review. In my experience, it's equivalent to any other credit union you might use. The car loan rates are usually lower, but in some situations, you do pay fees and have over draft if you go under. It's not as easy to move money electronically as it is with other banks like US Bank and 5th 3rd but I appreciate the other credit union perks like taking a payment and adding it to the end of your term in summer/winter. I've never had any issues with customer service personally, I would recommend banking here if you're looking for a credit union. If you have a habit of going overdrawn, you should go to a bank that allows a grace period. You're going to pay fees if you over draft, and they aren't easily waived if at all."

"My husband got a loan for a $1000, he made 8 payments of $140 every two weeks and after calling to inquire how much he owed they had told him that hes balance was of $1131 how is that possible???? Meaning all the payments he had sent were going to interest only. What a scammm on top of that when he asked what the interests were they wouldnt give him a straight answer."

"Don't expect to have a good experience with this credit union. I have been a member for quite some time now and the last 2 years have been hell. First of all, they charge you to deposit your ACH transactions now. Something they used to use and rope people in with, "get paid up to 2 days early with our new mobile app." Now you can still get it early, but for $6. Not to mention it won't come out of your deposit, you MUST pay it out of your account before the ACH will be deposited. Being a member for almost 10 years, they STILL hold my deposits for 5-7 business days. I never overdraft, but I happened to run into a little issue with $15 bill on auto pay. I tried to send the $15 over to my account to cover the bill and they blocked my transaction AND sent me a $33 overdraft fee!! I called the fraud line and they suggested I call the member service line. No answer after 3 calls. I'm sick of this place. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. They will fee you to death and keep your money."

"If you’re in need of a loan this place is wonderful. Their payment options are easy and manageable. When I fell behind on my payments instead of charging me extra they game me a settlement option for much cheaper. I’m very happy with the service I received"
