"I bought a used box truck from Alex at 1Source Fitness in November for $29,000 which is fair market value. Not even a week later, the truck loses power and nearly leaves me on the side of the road. I was able to make it to the local repair shop going about 25 mph. After diagnosis, the repair estimate came to $11,487.61 to rebuild the DPF system and get the truck running again. Alex was made aware of the situation and was given multiple opportunities to contribute to the repairs. He chose to do nothing. Part of me thinks that he knew there was a problem before he sold it. If you do business with Alex or his company, keep your expectations low so you’re not too disappointed."

"Alex came in to repair my exercise equipment. He did excellent. He was installing guide rods in a weight stack. The guide rods were a bit long. He went to a hardware store, bought a pipe cutter, and cut the guide rods to be the right size. He installed the guide rods within the time I had expected. The installation fee was very reasonable. 1Source Fitness is the best in my region for exercise equipment repairs. They are on time, do excellent work, are very professional, and are reasonable in charging service fee."
