"When I go to the bank, I don't go to get lectured by the assistant manager who thinks she's a middling assistant principal. I didn't go in to be laughed at when I tried asking for help. I didn't go in to get told "Sit down or I won't help you" over and over. You are not my mother, grandmother, aunt, wife, girlfriend, or significant other. You will not speak down to me like that. You will not address me like a child. It's unprofessional to say the least. To treat me like I was child in school and you where going to "show me" by making me sit down, while you LAUGHED at me. And when I called you out on it, that reprehensible face went from smirking to straight. How can you be allowed to just operate this way? I know how. It's when the managers not there you do this. The other best part is how she would not let me deposit my cash until she got her rocks off by spouting off some nonsense I TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT TO HEAR. YOU REPEATING DRIVEL TO ME IS NOT NECESSARY TO LET ME DEPOSIT CASH. I ASKED AND ASKED FOR YOU TO LET ME JUST DEPOSIT MY CASH AND LEAVE AND YOU LAUGHED LIKE A CHILD. This "adult" assistant manager then openly spoke in disparaging words and hushed tones about me having a secure credit card. She and the other banker talked about me for trying to improve my credit after my wife cheated and ruined my finances. There ya go, now everyone knows. I was livid. How is that anyone's business to talk about? How is this professional to openly mock someone for trying to get there life back on track This is a Bank, not a watering hole for pariahs. Calling in was even worse. Your Customer Service line told me to go the bank and basically beg the manager to help. That is not how you handle any of this. Any of this at all. And the cherry on top, the woman who signed me up, Sandy(i), would rather tell me about her shrimp Po'Boy and a Philly dip than actually get my account signed up correctly. Do you just hire people that can recite food? I'm a chef. I can MAKE the food. Does that mean I can be the branch manager? Well I don't want it. 0/10 would not eat here."
"Great bank has been my bank for 30 yes. Friendly staff"
"Do not use the bank. They are so behind on times it's mind boggling. Do yourself a favor and research other banks who are more adept to handle your banking services."
"Whose got the money? Dollar bank they also have a great staff super nice people and good rates."
"I opened an account the sixteenth of August was told I'd receive my card the twenty third, it is September ninth and I am still waiting. I called on August twenty eighth and was transferred twice the person I ended up with told me that they couldn't even give a set date of when the card would arrive. This being said I'm wondering why I was given one? She continued to then say it would be there sometime the next week. Two weeks goes by. I proceed to call them for the second time they ask to confirm my address, which was wrong. They sent it to my address eleven years ago. The previous time I called no one even bothered to ask if it was sent to the wrong address. I waited two weeks for a card that was never coming. I had to Inconveniently go to the bank on my day off to fix my address. How they even got that address is beyond me because I confirmed my address when opening my account. I asked how long it would take for my new card to get here and was told two to three days by the manager. That was last Friday it is now next Friday. I call back today and they tell me it's a whole process and I should get the new card by the end of next week. I ask why I was told two to three days and they said they didn't know who would tell me that, I then said the manager. They apologized on her behalf, which obviously made me feel oh sooo much better. If I would have known any of this I would have never stepped foot in that establishment. If I wasn't afraid of the same thing happening somewhere else I would leave. If I did leave though there's a ninety percent chance I'd probably get that card sooner than this one. This banks mistakes have caused me to wait the better part of a month waiting for a card I still haven't gotten. By the time I do get it it will probably be a month. Let's keep in mind I was at first told it would take a week to get here , and every time I call I get a different story even the manager doesn't even know what's going on. They need to get themselves together and get on the same page. I'm so frustrated I spent ten minutes writing this stupid review because I'm that frustrated."
