"I purchased the tread. I have owned it for 9 days. I have already been charged for the membership twice. Check your statements people…….. I’m currently on hold with customer service. I’ve been on hold for 28:39 minutes with no response from anyone. One song plays and then it just goes silent. This is sad Peloton. No please hold no response. Just silence. I’ve already spent 3500 for the stupid machine and insurance. Now you double charge for a 40 dollar membership too? This is sad. Answer the phone peloton and I hate that everything comes I.
