"Absolutely terrible service!!! Hate to even have to give them one star. It was a struggle communicating with the owner ahead of time via email but since we really needed the transportation and Al typically answered his phone, we chose to use them anyways. BIG MISTAKE!! They weren't were they were supposed to be and we couldn't contact them for over an hour. My dad and photographer had to help with transporting guests. Anyone who wants a stress-free wedding day, stay away from Toledo Transportation & Tours!!"
