"I cannot emphasize this enough, if you are getting anything delivered by this company - just call and cancel. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery/installation. I was given a delivery time window and four hours after the window ended I called asking where my delivery was and the driver lied stating that they had already been to my house. How do I know they were lying? I was outside at the exact time they stated they were here. Nobody communicated anything with me and the earliest they could reschedule me was a full week later (not like I took the day off for the delivery or anything). Who knows if i’ll ever get my delivery. Overall, a horrible horrible experience."
"Poor communication, you can not get anyone on the phone. Then they say they're reviewing all carriers due to fraud. Come back and says your company is not an approved carrier but no explanation provided. Not a good business relationship when you're getting the run around and no explanation to rectify an issue if there was one. They'll remove you from the acceptance list with no notification or explanation. Long as they have the loads who cares about vendor relationships right. Typical to care more about freight than integrity. Don't expect any information everything is done by the "electronic system""
"Would leave negative stars if I could. I would put every employee who I dealt with for my delivery and appliance pick up out of work if I could. I would shut down this whole company if I could. From the delivery and "inability" to hook up my appliance, to refusing to come back for my old appliance after I had to pay a plumbing company over $500 to turn a valve and hook up the new oven, to the people on the phone who constantly talked over me, made up excuses, flat out lied, hung up on me, refused to apologize for what happened, I hope every single person on manager Jocelyns team with JB Hunt is fired. Now I'm left with a broken oven in my kitchen before the holidays, and no refund as of yet. Shame on you Jocelyn and shame on Lowes for contracting with a disrespectful company."
"Why Lowes continues to contract with this company for appliance delivery services is a mystery. Moving forward, I will inquire, each and every time before purchasing a product, whether it will pass through the hands of anyone associated with J.B. Hunt. If the answer is yes, I will not make the purchase. The disrespect shown by this company for the customers of another company is mind-boggling."
"Truly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. We bought a refrigerator from Lowe's, they were the delivery company. First delivery went fine, but the refrigerator had a bad seal, so we had to have it swapped out. This is where the almost 2 week odyssey began. First they refused to swap it out until we got a Lowe's store manager involved. Then they called the night before with a different delivery time that we had set up on the phone. After rescheduling that they failed to show up for the swap out. After being hung up on them multiple times while trying to find out where my delivery was I finally had to call Lowe's for a manager again. This started a series of frustrating calls that made me want to just return the refrigerator and be done with it. A week later, and only after getting Lowe's management involved yet again, we finally got our refrigerator swapped out. They do not care about their customers at all. I will say that the actual delivery guys were not the problem, it was their office/dispatch people. Note, when you buy an appliance from Lowe's they will act like you bought it from "the warehouse", which is JB Hunt, so be careful."
