"For the Elite of the Elite. You have to know someone to be able to be put in a lottery to then win the lottery to then be put on a 50 person wait list. Someone should tell them you can make money if you allowed pay to fish. Has 2 lakes with big fish but you cant fish there because you're not white or "in the group"."
