"Poor customer service. Got a tool replaced through warranty. The Mac tool I bought was made in USA. I got a made in taiwan replacement. It didn't match my set, the quality poor. It just feels cheap made now. I paid for a USA made tool with a lifetime warranty. If I wanted a taiwan tool, I would have bought that originally."

"Made a order on Friday December 10th in the morning and no update if it's going to be shipped anytime soon or if it's been successfully processed? I had to change my shipping address as the order was flagged as suspicious (couldn't deliver to my work address because its a storage facility) Definitely a long time for one small tool to be shipped out. At this rate a refund should be in order but it is a Christmas gift for my partner. One person I spoke to Monday said they would push it as high priority and it should be shipped out yesterday and nothing still. Fingers crossed it even ships at all.. Customer service staff on the phone are very friendly and helpful."

"I have a business in Corbin Ky and the Mac tool distributor named Tom stops to collect a weekly payment and if I am not there he bad mouths me to my employees. This guy has the worst attitude ever. Not only that if you need something that is under warranty it take months to get resolved or replaced . I decided to go to snap on and boy was that so much better"

"Called too order a air hammer and puller set out of the monthly flyer. Can't remeber the name of the girl that took my order. But she was super nice and easy ordering. I have never had to use the warranty yet. So cant comment on that. I dont deal with a truck. Since im a happy homeowner. So if i have to warranty a tool i will mail it in. But from the customer service I've had, im sure it wont be a problem"

"I’m an aircraft mechanic, and I bought a full toolbox full of Mac Tools, going on 25 years ago. I still use them every day, and I’m still pleased with them. They have held up to my use (and abuse!) admirably. One of my favorite Mac Tools I own is my 1 1/4” combination wrench. It has a slight bend in it, due to a stubborn main landing gear bolt 20 years ago. We had a four foot pipe on it, and two people hanging on it! It worked. And always brings a smile to my face when I open the drawer and see it. (I could’ve gotten it replaced....but nah)"
