"Please bring back Roush!! What a difference. They re-did the layout of store but were too cheap to replace the very old, grimy floor which they should have done. Called to ask a question about rescreening a door and spoke with someone named Bob. I asked him if he was having a bad day as he was very short and rude with answering a very simple question. I told him that as a customer I didn't need to be treated like this and that I would take my business elsewhere."

"Since ACE took this over the service, selection, and helpfulness is off the cart. When u walk in, all employees great u and ask what u need. I just brought in a chain saw where I needed the chain put back on. They did it with no charge. Customer service -a lost art! Thanks guys! Whatever your needs, this ACE is your place!"

"I stopped by Ace Hardware for the first time today, in 2 years. I always shopped there when it was Roush Hardware and I loved the experience of always being greeted; always having multiple employees to help you find things and answer questions. Well, the difference between the two stores is night and day! At ACE, no one greets you and you're 100% on your on in the store to navigate and find what you need. There is no help. There was no manager on duty and there was a very unfriendly man at the checkout who encouraged me to sign up for their Rewards Program, except he had no pamphlets for me to sign up. I spent $54.00 and so the employee said he had no idea if I could later be 'credited' for points on the reward card. He handed me a worthless $5 off coupon that expired the very next day, and he could have easily applied the $5 credit to my in store purchase today. He was rude and gruff. Wow, Ace Hardware, what a truly shameful experience and I won't be back! Haha, thank goodness for Home Depot and Amazon!"
