"Very unprofessional... inconsiderate of people time, she scheduled my appointment for 11am I came at 1030 no one was there I called n called finally answer n says she forgot she had a ponytail to do, told me to come back at 1pm I sat in my car until 1p I came n she told me to come back since she wasn’t done. I waited 2more hours she text n say she has to do the lady son hair after I waited so long n traveled from mentor n waited for hours n I said I’ll still wait she promised I’ll do your hair today it will get done to turn around n asked me to come In the morning after I wasted my whole day to get my hair done n here it is 4p n I had plans on going somewhere later..."
