"If there was a 0 star, THIS PLACE WOULD GET IT! I went to get my roots touched up and came out bawling my eyes out. Ms. P triple booked her clients that day and I sat in the wash bowl with shampoo in my hair to "neutralize the bleach" while she worked on other clients. Very unprofessional place. She messed up on my roots and decided to retone the rest of my hair to make it match the roots. This did not work out well either. I walked out of the salon unhappy and with orange roots and copper mids because she did not know what she was doing. Along with all of this, SHE BURNED MY HAIR OFF WITH THE BLEACH! I have had to cut my long hair into a pixie due to the damage that this salon caused. Will never recommend to people and have steered people away from this place so they don't have the same experience. Ms. P also charged me the full $200 even though she messed up and I was obviously extremely unhappy with my results."

"Won't be going back. I walked in to schedule an appointment for the next day to get a full sew in/no leave out and was there while Ms. P. confirmed with another stylist that they could do my hair. When I returned the next day, the stylist was an HOUR LATE so Ms. P. said she would do my hair. GREAT. The OWNER would do my hair so it would be good. WRONG. She told me she didn't know how to do a closure, which I didn't mind because I usually don't wear closures anyway. I walked out with the tracks showing all over my head. When I texted her a picture of my hair and called her she said, "What happened? Did you try to brush it?" This was literally 2 hours after I left the shop. I did go in to have it fixed, and it looked better, but still not great. I spent $140 (originally $165 but discount due to late worker) to have my head look choppy and just uneven overall. It has been less than 2 weeks and I already have to go get it redone SOMEWHERE ELSE. Positive: Friendly, also the barber is very friendly."

"If I could rate a 0, I would. Asked for a trim and the first cut took off 8+ inches. Was unable to fix/blend. Ended up leaving midway through because it was that horrible. Extremely disappointed. I went in yesterday, 2/20/19 around 5pm. The gentleman working was extremely unskilled. Please do not go to this salon- they CANNOT give you what you want out of a haircut!! It was such a horrible experience, considering verifying this man actually has a license to practice."

"Great service! Sarah is amazing she took care of my curly hair and made sure my hair was shinny. She's super talented and has great knowledge about color and hair. It was so nice to have her working on my hair. It's hard to find someone who knows how to handle very curly hair and Sarah did a fantastic job!"

"Stylist was very gentle and friendly. She was not very skilled with a round brush blow out which is what I made my appointment for. Ended up having to use a straightener for the whole thing as well as hair spray. Charged me $10 more than what I was quotedoing and took 30 min longer than it should have been. The end result looked nice but it was just way too much."
