"I was referred by a friend to get a glass repaired. These guys are Extremely Rude, and unprofessional. Dishonest, and most of all unapologetic. I received my double pane window back with spots in the INSIDE of it, (which means you can't clean it. along with mismatched window clips that didn't work I paid for upfront. The gentleman took the window back and fixed the issue, but this was after a 15 minute argument. FOREIGN GENTLEMAN with a smart mouth and bad attitude. I informed the mgr and he justified the behavior instead of correcting it, part of which he witnessed and said nothing. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman and they feel I don't know anything, They treated me poorly. Whatever the reason, it's unacceptable to treat anyone the way I was treated."
