"I was comparing prices of various art supplies and in my search, Plaza Art popped up. Despite living in the area for most of my life, I had never heard of it, but I loved that it was a real in-person art store with a couple nearby locations. Plus, the prices were better! I was looking for a classroom set of certain items, and I called to find out how many were in stock at each one. The staff at the Clifton and Kenwood locations were delightful-incredibly friendly and helpful. I visited both locations yesterday to pick up my items, and they remembered me, had my items ready, processed a tax exemption without issue, and set me up with a Plaza card. I can’t say enough great things about their staff and this experience, it was fantastic customer service from all 4 staff members that I encountered. And both stores are exactly the kind of places where you would want to buy supplies. You walk in, and it indescribably smells like art. Organized, but with a bit of creative clutter. Enough space to find what you need but not overwhelming. Walking down the aisles inspires you to think about your next project. It just made me so happy to learn that it exists, I’m looking forward to future visits!"
