"I was going to let all this pass but my computer just crashed again..... In the spring of 2021 I purchased a rebuilt computer - it began to shut down periodically - usually when I was in the middle of streaming something live. They came and "repaired it" but the problem continued. ( I returned the jacket that the person who stopped by had left ) I retuned the computer to the shop twice ( did not ask them to come pick it up )- gave them all of the information they requested (the time and date of the crashes etc) I paid for he original repair but not the re-fixes. It continues to crash as it pleases. I had all the computer connections hard wired - they came out and did the work after I called them repeatedly for over a year - reminding them that they had promised to come and run the required wiring. When I got the bill, it was twice what they had told me it would be. They admitted they had only given me an oral not written estimate. They told me they would do some adjustment to the bill - I waited several months til the end of the year ( now 2022 ) without hearing from them and still owing the entire bill ( mind you not a word from them ). I called and said 'it is almost the end of the year, I still owe this money and the bill was supposed to be adjusted'. The woman who talked to me on the phone was accusatory and rude. She told me I still owed them money, as though I was trying to avoid paying the bill. (remember it is the end of the year, and I called them after not hearing anything for several months) I hung up the phone, and mailed in the whole amount. Shortly thereafter I got an email requesting I post a Google review for them . I let it pass - no need to be retaliatory. However, the computer just crashed again and brought everything back ( it does periodically but usually I am not as busy as right now ) So here is your Google review - I will never deal with you again - I will drive into Columbus to have my computer dealt with and to do my purchasing - and just so you know, I was ok with the computer not being up to par and ok with excessive billing until the holier than thou billing lady got involved with her smug accusatory attitude . Watch who you hire."

One factor in purchasing from Linear 1was that they are local and when you support locally you have a much better sense of security! I will buy from them again! As a matter of fact I plan on updating my old modem with a purchase from this business!"

"I had some issues with my laptop and not being able to access an administrator account that I forgot the password to and couldn't get it reset. Linear 1 was able to wipe that account and now I can download things again. It took only a few hours too. I definitely recommend them!"
