"Schoch was wonderful from start to finish! The show room is fantastic and there's so many options and all the folks in there are so helpful. We were able to get an estimate very quickly. The carpet was ordered and once we were notified that it was in, they were here within a few days to get the job completed. The installers were very professional and did an excellent job. I have had reservations about getting carpet because moving furniture and belongings and things like that just seems like such a hassle and while we did have to move quite a few things, they made the process so easy and for that, I greatly appreciate it. We now have our carpet for the last couple of weeks and I wish I would've done it a long time ago. it really is fantastic and refreshed the whole house and the quality and service provided by schoch tile was wonderful. I highly recommend to anybody looking for carpet, or any kind of flooring solutions, I would also add that they tiled our shower and bathroom for a few years back and it is still excellent!"

"I wish I could give -5 stars. My experience with Schoch Tile and Carpet was abysmal. They did the tile work and the carpet installation in my newly built Drees home. The tile was the first to have issues. First, the shower was not level when completed and had to be completely redone so the water would drain. Then we found peeling tiles after a month or so. They came and did a quick fix and called it a day. Less than a month later the tile began to peel again. They came back and this time put real effort into a repair. So far, things seem okay. Fingers crossed. Now, onto the carpet. They installed our carpet and did such a bad job with the edges that I could literally lift the carpet up with my hand and see the padding and the floor boards. They came FOUR separate times to “fix it.” The first time they said it was fixed and they’d done absolutely nothing. After several more failed attempts to correct the issue they decided to just replace the entire carpet. They sent an older gentleman to do the install. He was unable to move furniture or even carry the carpet inside — so I had to do most of the manual labor myself. He made sure to spend his time at my house blaming Drees, me, my dog, and whoever else he could think of for our issues. He finished up and left and I immediately had to call Drees because the carpet wasn’t nailed down and AGAIN could be lifted up to expose the floor board beneath. Someone else came to fix it again and shockingly they failed. The pictures below are after 6+ failed attempts to install a simple square piece of carpet. I wouldn’t recommend using this company unless you’ve got enough money set aside to pay court costs to try and get back some of the money you gave them to ruin your living room."

He's professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and asking questions of his own to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed. He sent an awesome installation crew that was a pleasure to have working in my home. Nate and his crew were conscientious, skilled and pleasant. We had a great time while they were working.
