"FAST shipping. 3 days to receive shapers Ohio to Texas! I had extreme hesitation ordering from this company having never heard of them. I got in a bind during Covid needing 2 more Shapers. They were the only ones who had what I needed so I ordered one to test them out. The knowledge of the employees over the phone is what sold me. I knew this couldn’t be a scam. Pricing on machinery and shipping cost were lower than anyone before Covid. They could have doubled the price and still sold it knowing they were the only one having items in stock. I would love to visit them for a better look at their operation. I bought one Laguna 3hp two weeks later one Powermatic 5hp. Off topic I own a shop making custom interior and exterior doors. Having used Laguna shapers for over 11 years (buy the Laguna) Powermatic is the same thing except overpriced with an unneeded cast iron 4” tall base. Having worked for Rockler many years as retail sales and traveling cross country to other locations to oversee store relocation, remodels, restoring stores management had run down. All this to say I have some knowledge of retail woodworking stores. It’s a shame this company does not have locations like Woodcraft or Rockler. Rockler is great, however over the years catering more to hobbyists."
