They make up prices & promises that later get overridden by management and "there's nothing they can do". Also there's a sad, grumpy guy at the desk who is just looking to be mean, mess with your invoice, and ruin your day in any way he can; that poor fellow. These ragtag rascals will add fluff charges to your bill, send equipment out without inspection, and represent the epitome of unprofessionalism. You will regret doing business with them. I guarantee it."
