"Where to begin? 1st visit (this is about 35 minutes from my home) arrived at 4:15. Their website says open until 4:30. Lights were off and no one visible. Went back another day and purchased some tile asking if it was returnable. I was told yes but only full cases. Ended up not liking the look of this tile in our home so went to return. Showed up only to find out they closed early (2pm) so another wasted trip. Went to return it again on Monday Jan. 3rd only to find out they were closed in observance of New Years. Problem with that is that New Years was on a Saturday. That means the rest of the country observed it on Friday like post office and banks etc. Yet another wasted trip. Trying to keep from making another wasted trip we called, yay they were open. Proceeded to tell them why we were coming they tried to make every excuse in the book to keep from refunding our money. Such as "we can't take back special orders." Problem with that is that they don't stock much at all so about everything gets ordered. Then we were told there would be a 30% restocking fee. Told them that was never mentioned. He asked to take our name and number and he'd see what he could do. Said we are already on our way and coming. Got there and they did refund 100% but our overall impression of this is 2 thumbs down."
