"Great customer service! My other review posted incomplete. So i'll wrap this up in a nut shell. I was involved with MBS through warranty parts , there was a mix up in communication between the Manufacture and MBS however the issues was quickly resolved before i left their building. It was a Friday when all this went down, i have parts in hand and its Tuesday. I will definitely turn to them in the further. The folks were polite, honest and communicated well. I get it things don't always go so smooth but as long as there is communication with integrity it makes things a little easier to work with."

"Went to pick up my windows and had one of the windows broken. Was told replacement will be expedited and will be there within next couple of days. Nothing . No status update. A week later, still haven't received it. Called today and said the delivery will be Thursday. Total time for delivery has past 3 weeks!!. Poor customer service with no updates especially when they screwed up. My project is on hold with my home without a window.."
