"I had a brand new system installed fall 2021. If your contracted and paid for a job you need to do it properly. To this date I have not gone 2 months with it running properly. And that was the 1st 2 months. So many unanswered phone calls still. Frustrating when no one will call you back. Inspection is coming up soon and still problems from last inspection are not fixed. This is causing way to much stress and anxiety. Please just fix the problems and get it running correctly."
"They did a great job with our septic inspection when buying our home, and they eventually did the repairs that were needed for our system. They didn't go over the repairs when done; they just left. Additionally, I have been trying some time to get additional work done, but they never called back and they never showed up when they said they would to quote additional work"
"The serviceman did an extremely good job! Very prompt service, very professional, found problem and corrected it by installing new drain pipes. He explained everything and gave a list of specs to check when we purchase a new sink and faucets. He will be returning to install the sink and needed connections. Highly recommend this company.
