"I am sorry to report this. The shop has worked on my Jeep and has done a good job in the past. But I paid for work on my son’s Jeep. I will not berate the organization, I will only share facts. The shop worked on my son’s Jeep. The following day, as my son was returning home from work at midnight, I got a call from son saying that the vehicle was overheating. What I found was that a technician did not completely secure the lower radiator hose to the radiator. Fluid was pouring to the ground. Also, the shop installed transmission cooling lines on the Jeep. The technician left the lines dangling under the engine. In turn a line got tangled in the suspension, cracking the line and emptying the transmission of fluid. I called to explain and ask for help. But a shop representative told me that they couldn’t do anything to help for “at least two weeks.” What working person can make it to and from for two weeks without a vehicle?! My son was supposed to start a new job this very day. Now he looks irresponsible to his new employer, when he isn’t. Out off the deal we had to pay $102 for. tow truck lift and $70+ for the new transmission line, plus labor for another shop to install. I am not giving one “star” because. as I said, the shop has done a good job on my vehicle in the past and the manager is very nice and accommodating. But putting my son in the position that he is in, and putting him in a place to cough up even more money isn’t fair or right."

"I had a problem with my car not starting, and instead of using my usual place where I go for car problems, I went here because I was in a hurry and it died right next to it. They took care of the problem and there was no problem. But I went to my regular place just recently for a brake issue, and when they were inspecting my car for other issues, they opened the hood and they saw a nut resting on the top left corner under the hood, and they noticed my belt for the alternator had a massive mark and it would of snapped if left there any longer. Basically when they were putting it back together, they didn't finish putting it back together, and they left that nut where it was. Of course I was pretty ticked off since this is the first time I have had to pay money for some idiot mechanic not doing their job right. So I went to their location, I explained what had happened, I showed the hood where the belt might of been rubbing on, most likely, but because it was taken care off, the issue didn't exist, and I wouldn't of known about this issue until it was too late and the belt would of snapped, the place I took it for the other issue caught it, and I had the natural reaction when my usual place called me about that asking if I wanted to take care of that immediately, which I did. I had ask Triple A to at least reimburse me of the money that had cost me to get this belt replaced since they didn't finish their job in putting everything back together. But the person who I was talking to, kept denying and said He can't tell how this could of happen, well of course you couldn't tell, it was already fixed! And the funny thing is, I was talking to the guy and they said most likely they were trying to finish up on time before they went to lunch. well I got a call at 1 pm, and this is a 9 am to 5 pm place in the weekdays. Well that pretty spot on there. Please don't go there, they're lazy idiots that won't take responsibility and they don't respect you the second you have an issue with them."

"Have had work done there before, but went there today. Honest estimate with a referral to another local shop that could repair the problem rather than replace the problem, which was what AAA would have to do. Have had other work done there before and have been pleased with the results, but they will be getting more work from my family in the future because of the honesty shown today. Knowledgeable, friendly and honest."

"A very honest shop. Broke down on the freeway an hour and a half away from home, did some troubleshooting of my own without crawling under the truck in a blizzard got it down to either a fuel pump or wiring to the pump. Long story short it was a corroded wire to the pump. When they could have banged me for a fuel pump for about $700 parts and labor they had the honesty and integrity to bill me for the actual repair at a tenth of the price. As a mechanic I cannot speak highly enough of the honesty and integrity of this shop. People don't report the positives enough these days, just thought I'd throw in my two cents."

"I waited for the head mechanic to call about a question I had. He chose not to call me. When my car broke down, I had it towed to their shop. I called and was told by the head mechanic, "The engine turns backwards but, not forwards." When I asked what that meant he said that it would be 'thousands of dollars to fix'! Since his explanation was unclear to me I asked other mechanics and, their responses have been the same. The look of confusion which was what I felt. The other mechanics said " That does not make sense." I will not go there again and if asked I will share my experience with others."
