"Don't leave your personal items with the store located at 6124 Wilmington Pike. I brought in a brand new board that I had just purchased to have a color match stain to an entertainment center I had bought from Arhaus. They told me to give them about 3 days so I returned 4 days later and they hadn't done it yet. I said okay, left and returned 7 days after I had originally dropped it off. It still wasn't done! I said I just wanted the two boards back and I would stain match myself. They brought the boards out and both had red paint on them!! The guy working just shrugged his shoulders at me. When I got home I realized that the board not only had red paint on it but it was bent, almost like it was warped but I knew that the board was perfect because I had just purchased it and picked it out myself. As I looked at the board I immediately realized why it was curved in the middle, because it had a single footprint right in the center of the board!! So not only did they not stain match, get red paint on the two boards I left in their possession but they stepped on my board! Hopefully telling what happened to me will prevent it from happening to someone else."

"I have been to many Sherwin Williams. Most are great. This one is FANTASTIC! The ladies that are there always can answer my questions. One difference that sets this location apart is the quick service. The gentlemen who helped me the other week told me he would have me out in 5 minutes. I didn't believe him.. and I was out in 3! Always have a clean store front and the employees appear well uniformed as well. Great Location!! Will reccomend to everyone I know with painting needs."
