"We have always loved the small hardware stores. Rockys has beyond met our expectations. Every single time we go there is someone to help and if that person doesnt know they get another person! My husband surprised me with a Big Green Egg. They delivered it, assembled it, and i lost the dang receipt. Ya cant register them without a receipt. I called the store expecting a hassle. Mary answered the phone, within 2 to 5 minutes she found us and had them ready. And that kind of FRIENDLY wanting to help at this location is refreshing and just cool as heck."
"They make it a huge hassle to return things and don’t issue store credits! The prices are usually 10 - 20% higher on average. I’ve spent $100s and they just don’t care about the consumer! Sad really, they are gonna save $20 on a return and loose hundred of dollars from future purchases."
