"Woman who schedules appointments was rude, which would have been ok had they show up to correct a repair that they had already been out to install a new part for my washing machine (but it did not fix the issue) a few week earlier. On the positive side, they did clean out my dryer vent and the dryer functions much better."

"Needed a part to fix my clothes dryer, and called these folks. Friendly and helpful over the phone, and they had the part I needed. Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted as I walked in and was able to get the part, and back out the door in less than 10 minutes. Walking back out to my car, there were 2 gentlemen talking by one of their service vehicles and they made a point of saying goodbye and merry Christmas before they went inside. I only needed a part, but they also offer appliance sales, repair services, etc. . I'm a sucker for good customer service, and these folks seem to have it down. Hard to find good experiences like this nowadays. I will return for any future needs based off the phone call and in store visit alone! Note: The main store front is street side, facing Smithville Rd. Customer entrance is around back of the building"
