"I was sent here after the 3600 Valley St location mismanaged an order that was already paid for and sent me here to fulfill the remaining portion of the order. I was hoping for a better experience but unfortunately, the guy at the counter at this location was even more rude and unprofessional than the one I interacted with at the one in Dayton and was acting like I was inconveniencing him. I came to this location to receive the remaining 3 ton that I was owed and he said I was only supposed to get 2 ton. I said that's not correct so he called the Dayton shop. To his colleague there he said well that's not what it says on the information you sent me. Once that was clarified, he indignantly commanded me to go get loaded with 3 ton. This was a horrible experience after horrible experience; however, the gentleman that loaded me up was friendly and helpful."

"This is my first season using their products. The Staff has been very personable and quick to take care of my mulch needs. My only complaint is that I ordered mulch and it was supposed to have been scheduled for the afternoon because that's what they said they had available. I went out that morning to get a tarp to cover it (rainy days) and a ground cover for the driveway. I arrived home before 11:00 am and the mulch was already in my driveway! I basically wasted the money on the ground cover and it took A LOT of effort (and liquid Dawn) to remove the black dye from my driveway (it's not dark like it was but not gone). Other than that, I was satisfied with their service."
