"The water heater works but I'm not real happy with the installation. It sure doesn't look professionally done with pipe dope everywhere, drops not straight, drips and the top of the new tank all scratched up. Just a follow up. I did contact A Rooter Man and a different "Master Plumber" Logan was sent out. Logan was indeed a professional and repaired the original installation to my satisfaction. He was even prepared to completely replace the entire tank but I told him that was not required and I just wanted the leak/drip fixed. While making the repair Logan needed to close the main water supply and we both discovered that the valve handle was missing. This is from my own stupidity of living in my home for 20 years and never needing to shut it off. I did ask Logan about the cost of replacing this valve and he gave me what I feel is a fair price for the work to be preformed. I will probably call A Rooter Man for the job and ask for Logan by name."

From scheduling an appointment asap, letting us know they were on their way, the service, finding the problem, detail information on when and how it can be fixed. We appreciated every aspect of this business. If you have any plumbing problems give them a call. UPDATE: Logan was detailed oriented from start to finish, from excavation, to replacing our very old tile sewer pipe(20feet) to cleaning up afterwards. We highly recommended"

"I was having a plumbing issue with drain back ups. I contacted A Rooter Man and they got me on the schedule very quickly. My serviceman was Wes. He was Outstanding! He was extremely professional, explained all aspects of the work that he was doing and kept me informed at all times. He took care of the issue for the time being but explained another issue that needs looked at that could cause further issues. He did a great job cleaning up after his work was completed and helped me with scheduling and inspection for the other issue! I can’t say enough about Wes, it was great to get such good service.
