"So far I've had great experiences with Spitzer Ford in Hartville. Even though this last visit is for a repeat problem, I appreciate that they were willing to look at it again and keep working to solve the problem with no extra charge. Sierra Dieble is kind, capable, and efficient at her job. I was sick, so I especially appreciate their pickup and delivery service so I didn't have to ask a neighbor to take me and pick me up. I didn't even have to leave the house this time. They delivered the car to my house."

"Waited for 2 weeks for a door seal and then they were to realign the back doors which required van to be put in the body shop. They didn't notify me that the seal for between the doors was in. Called and spoke to service manager, but they still didn't send the van to the body shop to align the back doors but they changed the wrong door seal. They never wrote up the problems correctly and ordered the wrong part then acted lik they never remembered that it was to have the body shop fix the doors. I left the service center with the same Big gap between back doors and dome light popping off and on and a brand new seal that never needed changed. Had to take it somewhere else."

Sierra Dieble was the service manager for this appt., she was gracious, friendly and professional. She ordered parts which arrived the next day and scheduled me for that work the next business day after that. This is my 3rd car from Spitzer Ford Hartville; their sales manager, Jon White made it a very pleasant and professional experience. I recommend them. Addendum re: work done: there was a question of warranty coverage for the parts/installation. Sierra Dieble worked to resolve this favorably. I'm very satisfied and appreciate her help."
