"Hot water tank gave out. Gave them a call and they were able to get here in just a couple hours and replace it in about an hour. Found the leak at about 1pm, they were done and gone by 5pm. 40 gallon tank, 6 warranty, and service fee is a flat rate (about $1,280 for tank and service). Water tank is about $800, so seems fair to me."
