"Had Kurt come out and put a new control onto the oven. I look at it to see it is damaged. He comes back out and tells me it's the inlay around the control. He is doing this by welling and cursing at me. He said he would take the control off the show me but didn't because he new he was wrong. I pulled it off and took pictures. I fixed appliances for a living, so I already new it was the control. Mr appliance said they won't do anything and to contact my warranty company"
