"I recently called Approved Plumbing on 1/16/2024 for frozen pipes, I have to mention that Nick, Joey, Michael and Jeff are very professional and knowledgeable. They defrosted my frozen pipes and discovered the root cause of missing insulation around the pipes. Jeff was able to fit into the small cut-out in a skylight shaft to insert insulation rolls over the exposed pipes! Thank you to everyone for saving my home from a pipe burst! You will always have my business and I truly appreciate how hard everyone worked at my house to remediate this issue. Two days later (1/19), called Approved Plumbing after discovering that the water would not go down my toilet even after plunging, I thought the line was frozen since I had frozen pipes a few days earlier (Approved Plumbing as amazing in the remediation of the frozen pipes ). Mike and Justin came and discovered with a line camera that there was a blockage 33 feet out in the main line. Mike mentioned that Sam was the expert at the machine (rooter?) to cut away any obstructions. Sam, Justin W., and Jeff came back out later that day and worked from 4pm to 9pm to ensure the blockage of tree roots was cleared in the middle of a snowstorm (they also had to work outside at times in the snow at the yard clean-out pipe!) Approved plumbing will always be my first call. Very professional and respectful in cleaning up your home after the job is completed."
"Had a service call from Approved Plumbing. Russ Fox was the plumbing tech out, solved the problem, was efficient, timely & courteous. Top notch service once again from AP. Highly recommend for all plumbing needs. Justin Myers was with Russ & was just as courteous & offered insight to the problem I was having."
"I have been using Approved Plumbing for several years and have done everything from a faucet replacement to a bathroom remodel. Plumbing work isn't inexpensive but I know with Approved Plumbing I can trust that the work has been done right. I am currently working with Russ B on a second bathroom remodel and appreciate his suggestions and know that the job will be done at the same level of quality that he would do on his own home. All the plumbers I have worked with from Approved have been great to work with and never make me feel like my questions are "ignorant" (even if they really are!)."
"Contacted Approved Plumbing for issues we had with our newly purchased home. Their "A" team Russ and Justin reviewed the situation and found the problem. They spent several hours making sure the sewer lines were clean. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. Highly recommend Approved Plumbing."
"Approved Plumbing is very professional and qualified. I had work done, and although it was extremely expensive, it was done timely and properly. I signed up for a special service plan they have offering 10% off your plumbing services/products and no "walk in the door fee" for a year. In addition, you get a full (free) inspection of your home. The inspection showed a few things that were necessary to take care of (as well as items that would be "upgrades" and not a "must do".) It was written out and priced by each item. This was eye opening. I had two bathroom sinks that needed the stopper adjusted. Pretty simple fix which took me less than 30 seconds to do. Had they done it, each would have cost me $56 for each one. I understand companies need to charge for time, etc., but I believe that $56 per half minute is extreme, almost $2/second). I had already spent a couple thousand in services and products with them. If this were me, I would have taken those seconds to adjust the stopper for my customer as I am sure writing it down took more time than the adjustment itself. Letting the customer know they did this would also solidify their relationship and integrity. There were other similar things, but you get the gist."
