"Ryobi recommended then for warranty service. I get there and the woman and the desk was quite rude. She said she really doesn't like working on Ryobi stuff. Then said if Ryobi wouldn't warranty it (I already checked with Ryobi and it was within the 3 year warranty period) they would charge me a teardown fee of $51. I said I could get a new similar item at Harbor Freight for $49!!! I just left with my tool. Won't go back to them! Maybe Ryobi should find someone else to refer for warranty repairs. Just saying..."
