"Took my laptop in for repair, they had it for almost 2 weeks. Terrible communication . I got no call durring that time to be told they were having issues fixing it. I had to call several times to get updates. I was told that if they couldn't figure out what figure out what it was that they would format/ erase all and reinstall and that the data and all pictures and files would be backed up prior to formating laptop. They said that would fix the issue. Welll all data was erased and supposedly reloaded. They did that and supposedly reloaded everything to return it to us with NO FILES OR years of family PICTURES .when I discovered this I was told that there were no files or pics on there. So we lost years of family pictures and irreplaceable files. I called in about it and was told to bring back in to do a data recovery on it which would have probably taken another 2 weeks to get done. They are suppose to be experts, however they couldn't figure out the issue. So now not only do we have the laptop in the same state it was in when we took it in but all of the files permanently gone. We will never take anything back there again. Dissapointed customer."
