"On the day before a major snow storm, while putting air in my tires, I noticed a lug nut missing from my front wheel. After calling several places without answers, I walked into Tire Choice on Front Street. The young man behind the counter was welcoming and told me he could have a replacement for me in a couple of hours! He was true to his word and 2 hours later, a new lug nut was put on my car! I was relieved that it was all resolved before the storm. Nice people, great service! Click to Copy"
"Went for a tire replacement, they changed the wrong tire, the leaking tire still on car, I inquired why low tire pressure sensor still on, their reply was it’s the cold weather. They also did an oil change, I pick up car, driving down highway I notice something flopping by windshield. Yes it was the oil dip stick. Very poor customer service and skills!"
"I got an oil change at Tire Choice on Front Street in Berea. Here’s what you can expect. Instead lifting the truck by the proper frame rail, my truck was lifted by the automatic side steps. I’m sure you can imagine the resulting damage to my truck as a result of this action. But that’s only part of why I am so upset. The real kick is that they tried to hide their incompetence by zip tying my rails back on. This quick, dishonest fix lasted about one full day. Once I discovered it, I went back to the shop and Mr. Prescott, the manager, said he would make it right and took the board off and said it would be reinstalled the right way. That was a year ago. He told me he got rid of the staff that was responsible. He would call me every other month with updates, as the parts were on back order. He has since left the company and a new manger is in place. They won’t address the repair or even give the part back. I’ve called “corporate “ after being told they’d call me. I’m still in disbelief that this happened In a “professional” shop. The new manager Crystal Stroud was unprofessional, rude and has no business being the contact person at a service desk for custumers. She was unwilling to look into the situation that her company has caused, assuming the “not my problem” attitude. I’ve been a resident of Berea my entire life and I have never been so mistreated and disrespected by a local business that I was trying to support in my community. They making supporting local business very difficult. I’m posting this here to hopefully get the company’s attention before I post it to my community forum and the Better Business Bureau. Shame on any company that does this to it’s customers and community members. I keep thinking what if it was an elderly person and that rail got sucked under the truck. Or what if it flew off on the highway and seriously hurt somone. I’m giving the company one week to make this right after a year of trying. If that’s not possible I’m going to contact my attorney."
"I just bought my car on 8/22 and it was making a grinding noise everytime I accelerated. I made an appointment and took it in on Saturday at 1pm. Around 2:30 pm, I got a call saying the car was ready for me to pick up. I am so grateful and beyond happy with the service I had here for that short period of time. They were so nice and helpful and very quick Thank you so much."
"OMG, these people are hands down, the best!!! Here’s my story…on our way from Pittsburgh to Sandusky and my tire swells up like a ballon. First thought it was a wheel bearing, but after I looked, knew I was in trouble. Sure just a routine tire repair but not me…first we are broke down side of the turnpike with my 2 young kids and my wife. The problem is have no spare tire, my rims are 26” so nobody I called in 25sq mile has them in stock nor could get me any. Tried even asking for rims and tires…still nothing…last effort called choice tires, and from then the took absolute care of me, no they did not have the tires in stock, but they are special ordering me a set and will have it done next day. But that’s not all…..the even found me a rental service(AT EMPLOYEE RATE/SAVED 100) and drove me 6 miles over to get it…that all?….No…even offered to buy my family of 4 lunch!! Who does that these days!?! Tire Choice Auto Service does!! Miss Christal was working two phones trying to get us accommodated, while Paulo was gracious to my wife and kids trying to buy us lunch after being stranded on turnpike. My God bless them All. Went from a abandoned trip, to back on the road, kids made it to cedar point, left with smiles on their faces. Thank you Tire choice, calling you was the right choice!!"
