"We paid over $10000 for our family of 7 to travel to a resort in Cancun. The travel agent had been to this particular resort and highly recommended it. Not only did the agent, Lisa, mess up a variety of details before we left, when we arrived at the resort we found that our family would not be able to eat dinner together because the policy of the resort is no parties larger than 6 people in any place they served dinner. We are beyond distraught. How could someone who actually been to the resort in good conscience recommend it for us. I would be very cautious if using this company."
