"An agent from this group handled our recent company trip to Costa Rica. The agent was nice but communication was not consistent and frustrating. The travel itineraries for the group were very unprofessional and slow to be delivered. Additionally, we came in 18% over the already modified budget. All issues were blamed on providing the agent traveler information very late despite the fact that we provided everything 1 day prior to the date she had requested for the information to be provided. The resort was nice but the air options to the resort were limited and brutal. Our agent definitely over promised and under delivered on her site support at the resort. I wish we would have had a review like this one when we chose an agency so I am posting this one. Some of our group responded positively but our follow up survey showed the majority were unhappy with the service provided. I would suggest looking for a more qualified support team to avoid the same black eye we received."
