"A SCAM!!!!!!!! They said they Never received my payment but they DID!! My bank told me it cleared!! They are very rude and unprofessional!!! I spoke with multiply of workers there! They all said the same thing, “didn’t receive my payment”. I emailed them photos AND the conversation I had between me and my bank. They still acted stupid! Don’t book through them!! I had to end up disputing the transaction through my bank"

"I booked a flight for 1,900 and they tried to change it the next day to 2,400. Customer service was terrible and argumentative. I canceled and will NOT be using them again. It's funny that AT&T labeled their phone number as SPAM. Just book with Orbitz or someone that's reputable."

"The worst booking company I have experienced. I had to make a modification to a flight because the date appeared wrong in my itinerary. They charged me an additional $750 to make the change on a flight that costs under $200. I wasnt provided with other options either. I have not received my revised itinerary to date. The agent also informed me that I have to learn from my mistakes the hard way. I asked for travel insurance and I was notified that it would not be possible. If any other issues arise, do I have to pay out of pocket again? This is the worst customer service and will definitely spread the word around. Never book with Lookupfare even if the prices seem reasonable."

We have not had one problem with them, especially Harland, who gets right back to me on every single question and assures me repeatedly that things will work out and they do. I have found that their fares are reasonable and in line with what I see posted on other web pages. Very happy with them."

I have tried contacting them with no response. They sent me an email saying my card was declined...it was not, they promised me the ticket was booked and even provided me with airline confirmation information (which I verified)...they failed to pay airline for the ticket. My son arrives at the airport to go back to school...no ticket was booked. We were forced to buy another ticket...thank god we had the means."
