"Terrible communication with the parents and the school! I understand and respect the fact that this years 6th grade D.C trip was put on hold due to COVID 19 issue however when I reported to this business that my daughter will not be attending the rescheduled dates and asked for a refund I was told to give them some time to figure everything out them I would be contacted, 1 month later still no response or anything !!"
"This tour company has definitely gone downhill since our last trip several years ago. This bus trip was literally miserable both ways. (No fault of the busline). We were assigned seats by the tour company and placed in the back of the bus due to the "the regulars" being given the front seating. The rear half of the bus was stifling hot! When the majority of us complained...we were told that the people on the front of the bus were freezing. Instead of having the front riders close their air conditioning vents, we were forced to suffer and sweat to the point of being nauseated. The hotel accommodations were very sub par. Both hotels were extremely outdated. We were traveling with friends. We made our reservations through the tour company well in advance and were promised to have hotel rooms, theater seating and baseball stadium seating next to each other. We received none of the above. On our own we managed to switch tickets with someone else for the theater...but the other promises remained unresolved. We will definitely use another tour company for future trips."

"I have traveled with this tour company over 13 times to NYCity. So much fun! We stay one-half block from Times Square, have a city tour, and many add-on options to choose shows, excursions, etc. Excellent way to go to NYC for first-timers! Everything is made so easy for you to make the most of your time in the city. My favorite long weekend to go is the week before Thanksgiving. Nothing beats NYC during Christmas season. Frequent stops coming and going home with great places to eat both ways. Every trip has been super for my friends and me!"
