"Booked a cruise. Payment didn't go through for the crusie for some reason but payment for flights went through. Follow up calls didn't happen and consistently trying to contact Corinne didn't work. Would not recommend this to anyone."

"The worst customer service I have ever received in my life! The agent I was working with was Corrine Smith. I informed her that I did not know the name of the individual under the group booking that I was being a part of I was referred by a friend who was with in that group. I never received a receipt for my deposit I never received any information of when to make payments. I never received a booking number. I had to call the agency to get information when I did finally reach someone I was talked to like I was less than a human being. I finally decided to cancel with the travel agency and I booked directly with carnival upon been told by one of their agents that Corrine could transfer the deposit to my new booking with them. I’ve been given the runaround from Corrine and Carnival. The Corrine refuses to call carnival and transfer my credit to my new booking. I’v been told by Carnival’s agents 5 times that Corrine has to call the groups department, speak with a sales lead and confirm that I canceled with them and give confirmation to transfer that credit over. However this has been not done and I have followed up for the past two weeks! My next step is to take this to court because it’s fraudulent and negligence. This has been a nightmare!!! Don’t book with this agency save yourself the headache and stress."

"This was the worse turn around ever there was no call backs . I had plan a trip to Hawaii was robbed literally at gun point with most of my money to pay the next day. Gave detective name and case number. Mind you lost there name and number OF AGENCY..Corrine had my work #. AND EMAIL. NO CALL Finally reach her told her what happen they kept my down of 600 told me I could use against another trip. Which 2 weeks of calling her telling me she would call me back I always was calling her sometimes 6 times a day. I SEEN flights cheaper I was told I had to use there's. Anyways finally a call back when I picked A TRIP and it was time to pay. Last time giving the hold fee of 600. On Hawaii I Got a email of flights and where I was staying I guess THIS TRIP didn't make much money on.NO EMAIL NO CALL .I Called 4 days straight .NO RETURN CALL. SO WTH HOW DO YOU DO BUSINESS LIKE THAT AND WHY COME BACK . I CANCEL CARD THEY KEPT MY 600 IN WHICH THAT WAS OVER A MONTH A AHEAD. THEY DON'T KEEP UP ON RETURN CALLS SHE HAD MY EMAIL AND WORK NUMBER THE WHOLE TIME,THEY ARE LAZY RIP OFFS AND SEEM AS THEY CARE TO GET THE BEST DEAL FOR YOU YET THEY ARE NOT. FOOLED ME COMPLETELY. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM THEY DON'T FOLLOW UP UNLESS IT'S BIG. AND EVEN THEN THAT WAS A STRUGGLE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER THAT GOT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL . THE OTHER WOMAN AS I CALLED FOR HER ACTED AS I WAS A BOTHER. I'M A PROFESSIONAL WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS WAS HORRIBLE I MEAN A SCAM AND A RIPP OFF I'M SO UPSET GET ROBBED AT GUN POINT AND THE ROBBED ME OF A VACATION !!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. WINDY"
