Gave very helpful insight as to how not to have to call them again and keep my plumbing in good shape. I didn't have to wait all day either, for someone to show up, so that was great. "They are a horrible company to deal with and they lie and over charge me. I had a upstairs bathroom pipe leak into my kitchen. I got up in morning was frantic to call a plumber to fix before it got worse. I used them before for a hot water heater over charged me double other plumber but needed it fixed that day so I was stuck. In a jam again and answered right away they so took advantage of the situation a water response team was there. They assured me insurance company was approving everything they were doing. Then I was fighting with insurance company and they told me Roto- Rooter butchered my house. I told Roto- Rooter do not touch my floors they destroyed them. Cut sheet rock and dust was all over my house. Sent me a bill for $9500 with a intention to lien my property in certified mail 2 days after I received check from insurance company. This was the first time I ever received a invoice from Roto-Rooter in the mail."
