"This vendor is incredible. We were getting married 30 miles south of Columbus, and because I procrastinated, no limousine services in the immediate area were able to be there for our wedding day. Another vendor recommended Willow Wind, even though it was an hour away from our destination. Mary of Willow Wind happily took us as clients, and we weren't even charged for the hour commute the driver had to take to get to us. Our driver, Greg, arrived ten minutes early and waited patiently for us to gather our wedding party. The limo was clean and decorated beautifully; it was a smooth ride (I've been in other limos or party buses that were so bumpy I couldn't enjoy myself, so this was great). When Greg took us to our final destination with still an hour of our reserved time to spare, he suggested (after overhearing how hungry we all were) that he take us to get dinner. This really impressed me; Greg, along with the owners of Willow Wind, seem to actually care about their clients, which is difficult to find these days. I highly recommend this vendor. As I found out, Willow Wind does offer carriage rides in the Columbus area!"

"I was in a wedding party on Saturday. At 2 O'clock we were all dressed and ready to go downtown for pictures. When the bus wasn't there by 2, we called. The owner, Terry, said he left us a voice-mail earlier. He called at 1:25 pm to tell us he WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PICK US UP. Only 35 minutes notice! This left not only the bridal party stranded, but also over 75 guests at the hotel who had no way to get to the venue. The owner did NOTHING to compensate us. He could not find a driver to operate his bus. He just apologized. The bride had to spend her day worrying about her transportation, instead of enjoying herself. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not reliable and unable to help when it was their error."
