"They sold me the wrong blades for my cub cadet mower. The blades came off and they messed up the deck. So now I have to replace more than the blades and they wouldn't even refund me the money for selling the wrong blades. They said it was my fault because that's what the computer told them to give me. Lol place is a joke. I do not recommend doing any business here."

"We purchased our first riding mower so the young man helping us (Cody) was going over everything ( because we asked him if he would). The owner of the store yelled at him to get it loaded and get back inside. Cody replied with I'm helping them. The owner yelled again and repeated loaded it and get back inside. I yelled back at the old man and said he's helping us at our request. I will never spend another dollar in that man's store. He was rude and very disrespectful to not only my husband and myself but how he spoke to his employee in front of others. Thank you Cody for your great customer service. I hope some day your willingness to help a customer will rub off on your boss."

"I have been shopping at the Shack for years. Chuck and staff do a great job at managing a really busy, interesting store that has chainsaws to mowers and electronics. I just purchased a 0 turn Cub mower this time and as I told him if I didn't buy one from him I would not buy one anyplace. He cares about relationships with the customer and letting the product sell itself. He is also a great community person giving his time and money for many good causes."
