"Have been using them for years. Had an issue today where I replaced thermostat with an updated one and could not get it to work. Put the old one back in and still nothing from furnace. Called emergency line and Mike talked me through the furnace and all it turned out to be was a small blown fuse. Ran to store, picked up and replaced and the furnace was up and running again. All this over the phone. Great people, great techs. Customer service is second to none!!"
