"I was introduced to the joys of homeownership in 2017. And every time I thought I had it all figured out, I'm glad Mr. Rooter was there to bail me out of trouble!!! I think we may have worked with different 5 technicians since 2017, and most recently Robert Jones. Were it not for the branded shirts and van, each time has felt like I called up a friend to do some work for us. Its always been an easy and honest process. Hardest part is the payment (lol) but the Advantage plan has been a good investment. If that is what being a "neighborly" company means, I'd consider Mr. Rooter the best neighbors one could have."

I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again.
