"I'm a little late in writing this review. Ron Zin came to our house just before the Christmas Eve blizzard and diagnosed a broken sewer line that was causing severe sewage odor in the house. Even with several other pressing calls for broken pipes, etc., he was able to spend an hour diagnosing the problem so that a repair could be planned once the temperature rose. We had a little back & forth on getting the follow-up scheduled, and the 1st day the ground thawed they sent a crew of 4 to get it corrected in half a day. The basement has been great ever since and the price was as agreed. The crew was extremely professional & courteous, cleaned up better than almost all other contractors who've been to our house, and were more than willing to answer all of my questions during the whole process. I really appreciate the great work and responsiveness during tough time."
