"I can not say enough positive things about my daughters experience last summer in Fiji with Rustic Pathways. What she got out of the trip was priceless. The leaders were amazing and so knowledgeble. They really made the students feel welcome and comfortable. The friendships she made I know will be life long. She has seen several of her friends from the trip since it has ended. Most importantly the experience of service within Fiji and interaction with the locals in was such a highlight for her. It was an amazing time to unplug and really immerse into another culture that she absolutely fell in love with!"

"My teenage daughter traveled to Thailand last summer with Rustic Pathways. We felt informed and cared for every step of the way! Even when a flight change was necessary (completely out of Rustic Pathways' control), the home office staff called us to talk through our options. We felt prepared for the trip from the day we heard about Rustic Pathways to the day she departed. The trip itself was truly amazing! "Life-changing" sounds cliche, but that's what it was! The experiences she had as well as the leaders she met were all so positive for her at this age. She also met other students from around the world and still stays in touch with many of them even 6 months after the trip. Our daughter chose NOT to go with another friend from home, and she is very glad she made that decision because it allowed her to really get to know everyone on the trip. Adult friends and family members kept asking us if we felt safe sending our daughter so far away ... we never once feared for her safety because of how thorough Rustic Pathways handled everything. Finally, I know that some parents might have sticker shock when they first look into these types of experiences for their children. However, when you consider the overall trip including fabulous (and safe!) accommodations, planned meals, excursions, travel fares, professional and knowledgeable leaders, etc. etc., it is really a reasonable price for such a unique and global experiential learning experience. Our only regret is that our daughter did not go on Rustic Pathways trips sooner!"

"My son has gone on two Rustic Pathway trips, to Peru and Morocco. Both were lifetime experiences. The Morocco trip- most recent- was well planned, safe, and allowed my son to meet friends from around the Globe that he still keeps in touch with. The communication during the trip is excellent, we appreciated that the kids had a leader with them on plane. (and these were college kids) I would highly recommend Rustic Pathways for your child, they will not disappoint."

"Our daughter has participated in two RP trips so far. The first was to Thailand in 2019 at the age of 11 (through her school). 11! Needless to say, my wife and I were a bit scared with our young daughter traveling halfway around the world without us. Thankfully, RP addressed every question and every concern, offering a safe experience. Our daughter loved the trip and it was evident upon her return how much she had grown from the experience. Her second trip was this past summer of 2022 to Costa Rica. She had another wonderful trip and continues to blossom as a result. RP, again, was amazing at alleviating all concerns (now that COVID was a reality). Most of all, they run a tight ship between flight schedules, chaperoning, and the actual experience. They are a top-notch, best-in-class experience that is safe, well-planned, and most of all, one of the most enriching experiences a child can have. I can't recommend them enough. A+++"

"My 15 year old son spent two weeks in Fiji last summer with Rustic Pathways. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. He immersed himself in the culture, earned required service hours for his high school and made wonderful friends. While on his flight home from Fiji to LA his flight from LA to Miami was canceled. The rustic pathways representative that was with him helped him navigate rebooking a new flight that didn’t require spending the night alone in LAX, which was what had been his rebooking. Such a great experience that he is already signed up for Costa Rica in 2023."
